Meaning of Pranic energy
The word Prana comes from two roots. Pra means first, and na is the smallest unit of energy. Prana is therefore the first breath, the primal or atomic beginning of the flow of energy. Out of this first unit of energy manifests all aspects and levels of the human being. It is one and the same with kundalini shakti.Kundalini, flows in certain patterns or channels popularly known as nadis. There are said to be some 72,000 such nadis.
What can happen when Kundalini awakens
When kundalini manifests outward it starts hitting chakra which are major intersections of nadis. In fact our body is suspended on these chakras and on these chakras lies these kundalini power or shakti. There is also word for caution as the energy released from the Kundalinid is so huge and and it unleashes unlimited power that it may pose problems and experience cannot be very pleasant. The source of the immense kundalini power none but God and it comes from God and goes to God. Each of the seven chakras starting from Mooladhar chakra are rotating in the opposite direction of its immediate neighbor-Chakras and next one is rotating in counter-clockwise direction.
